If you miss your scheduled trip with us for any reason,

You will be placed on stand-by for our next available shuttle.

In case of insufficient capacity,

passengers will be placed on succeeding schedule.


Reservation made are not refundable after purchase.

Refunds or exchanges are in form of credit voucher only.

NO REFUNDS.

 

Please notify our office of any changes to a reservation.

Drivers are not responsible for scheduling.

A $5 fee will apply if more than 1 change is

made to an existing reservation.

 

Please check your baggage before leaving the shuttle.
1st Class Shuttle is NOT responsible for lost, stolen

or misplaced personal property or baggage.

 

Luggage limit is 1 suitcase and 2 carry-on bags per passenger.
A $10 per bag fee will apply for

each extra piece of luggage (like golf club bags).


1st Class Shuttle will not be responsible for delays

caused by bad road conditions, storms, accidents,

breakdowns and other conditions beyond our control;

and not responsible for missed connections.

Vehicles left on Crescent Center or Chevron property

may be towed at owners expense.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
